INTERNATIONAL SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER

Job Description:
We are a global outdoor recreation and sporting goods brand, and are looking for an experienced International Account Manager to join our Stockholm team.

You will play a main role in driving sales through our network of international retail and distribution partners. You will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationship with existing partners, as well as identifying and engaging with potential new partners within assigned territories.

Account Management
You will be the main point of contact for distributor and retailers inquiries, orders, and issues which you will manage in a timely and professional manner to make the customers satisfied and loyal.

Sales Generation
Identify sales opportunities, negotiate terms and close deals with distributors and retailers. You will help our distributors and retailers to increase their business and build the brand within the territory

Develop and Manage Relationships
Build strong relationships with existing and prospective distributors, retailers and agents within assigned territories

Market Analysis
Study the markets, existing customers and prospects regularly and to stay up to date on new trends, new opportunities and competitors.

Forecasting and Reporting
You will work closely with internal teams to plan and forecast sales volumes, inventory and plan for campaign and marketing activities. You will work very closely with the rest of the sales team and share sales reports and best practices.

Who we are looking for:

  • Positive and enthusiastic, with ability to build long-terms relationship and trust with distributor and retail partners
  • Fluent in writing and speaking English and Swedish
  • Experience in consumer goods sales and managing distributors, retailers, or wholesalers
  • Experience in Toys or Sporting goods a plus
  • Structured and organized – you do not let anything fall in between
  • Willing to travel as this role includes international travel
